Let’s say I have a video idea for my brand or business, what should I do next?

Whether you already have a video idea or simply want to discuss potential uses of video for your brand or business, head to our contact page. Send us a message telling us a little about yourself and any thought’s you’re having regarding video for your brand or business. We’ll happily get in contact with you to schedule a free consultation to discuss the needs of your video project, along with the video production process.

How much does Wild Road Films charge for video production?

Every video production has different requirements, therefore the price range can vary quite a bit. Budgets for our video productions typically range from $3k-$20k. However we sometimes take on smaller or larger productions.

While our smaller video productions may only require, a shorter shoot day and 1-2 crew members, our larger productions require more pre-production, time on set, crew members, and post production.

Full day rate for camera operator with gear is typically between $950-$2,000 depending on what gear is being used.

We accept check, credit card, ACH transfer and Bitcoin as payments.

 What happens in pre-production?

Pre-production is a very important part of our video production process. In pre-production we discuss and develop the concept and goals for your video production, as well as decide on the best way to convey your message. We location scout (when possible), storyboard, create a shot list, a call sheet, and a shooting schedule. Since shooting on location can be very expensive, all of this preparation allows us to be as effective and efficient on set as possible.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. For each video production, we typically require a deposit of 10% upon signing of the contract, and 50% of the total budget by the first shoot day. In some cases with higher upfront production costs (location rentals, extensive equipment rentals etc), we may require a larger deposit.
